These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services and any content, features or functionality offered on or through this website (the "Site"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or engaging our services. By accessing or using the Site or procuring our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Client / You / Your means any person or legal entity using the Site or procuring services from the Company.
  • Services means construction, civil works, project management, consultancy, design-build, renovation, and any related services offered by the Company.
  • Contract means an agreement between the Company and a Client for the provision of Services.

2. About the Site

The Site provides information about our Company, portfolio, capabilities and general guidance on the Services we provide. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a contract, offer, or warranty of any particular outcome.

3. Services & Quotation

All Services provided by the Company are subject to a written Contract or Work Order signed by authorised representatives of both parties. Quotations provided are valid for the period specified in the quotation or otherwise for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend quotations at any time prior to acceptance.

4. Estimates, Variations & Additional Work

Construction estimates are provided based on the scope of work available at the time of quoting. Variations, unforeseen conditions, or changes in design, materials, statutory requirements or client instructions may result in adjustments to price and schedule. Additional work will be charged separately and will require client approval.

5. Payments & Taxes

  • Payments shall be made as per the payment schedule set out in the Contract.
  • All fees quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, levies and statutory charges unless otherwise stated. Taxes will be invoiced and charged as required by law.
  • Late payments may attract interest and/or suspension of works as per the Contract terms.

6. Site Access & Client Responsibilities

The Client shall provide the Company and its contractors access to the site, necessary utilities (water, power), permits and approvals required for carrying out the Works. The Client is responsible for providing accurate site information and for obtaining any statutory approvals necessary for the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, designs, drawings, trademarks, logos and software ("IP"), are owned or licensed by the Company. Except as expressly permitted by the Company, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or create derivative works from the IP. Where the Company develops design documents, drawings or proprietary materials for a Client, ownership and usage rights will be specified in the Contract.

8. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Company endeavours to provide Services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards. Except where expressly stated in the Contract and to the extent permitted by law, all other warranties (whether express or implied) are excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company (including its partners, directors, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Site or Services, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sri Sela Ventures LLP and its officers, employees, agents and sub-contractors from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, negligence, wilful misconduct or violation of any applicable law.

10. External Links & Third-Party Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources or suppliers. These links are provided for convenience only and do not signify endorsement by the Company. The Company has no control over third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use and disclose personal information. By using the Site or procuring Services you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a Contract in accordance with the termination provisions set out in the Contract. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time for operational, security or legal reasons.

13. Force Majeure

The Company will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, shortages, governmental actions, civil unrest, explosion, fire, theft, or delays by suppliers.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site or Services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Contract shall first be discussed in good faith between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved amicably within 30 days, it will be referred to arbitration in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (or its successor). The seat of arbitration shall be the city where the Company has its registered office, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
